Graphic Designer – Print & Digital Media at Laserlogo
I created visual assets for print and digital media, including logos, flyers, brochures, and posters. I worked with Adobe Creative Suite and prepared high-resolution files for offset and digital printing. I also liaised directly with clients to understand their needs and delivered custom design solutions within tight deadlines. This role strengthened my skills in layout design, color management, and prepress production.
2015
Suite Advertising Agency
I worked as a graphic designer in a fast-paced advertising agency, developing creative concepts and visuals for campaigns across print, digital, and social media. I collaborated closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver branding assets, ads, and promotional materials aligned with client goals. My work required strong visual storytelling, time management, and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
2016-2025
Graphic Designer at Paquetexpress
For 9 years, I worked at Paquetexpress as a Marketing Assistant and Graphic Designer, where I managed visual communication and supported over 200 branches across Mexico. I designed print and digital materials, coordinated events and marketing activations, and worked closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
This role taught me to listen deeply, solve problems creatively, and communicate ideas with clarity — all skills that naturally led me to UX. Managing large-scale projects, understanding user needs across multiple locations, and designing with both functionality and brand identity in mind built a strong foundation for creating thoughtful, user-centered experiences today.
2024
UX / UI Designer – Tecmilenio Certification
After several years of working in marketing and graphic design, I decided to take a more user-centered approach to design. I completed a UX/UI Design Certification at Tecmilenio University, where I learned the fundamentals of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. This program marked the beginning of my transition into UX, allowing me to combine my creative background with a deeper focus on solving real user problems through intentional design.
